Elemental Channeler
You have honed your arcane or divine abilities to specialize in channeling elemental forces. This mastery allows you to manipulate fire, water, air, or earth with increased effectiveness. You gain the following benefits:
- Choose one elemental type (fire, water, air, earth). When you cast a spell that deals damage of that type, you can add your spellcasting ability modifier to the damage roll.
- As a bonus action, you can expend a spell slot to imbue a weapon you are holding with the chosen elemental type until the end of your turn. The weapon deals an extra 1d4 damage of that elemental type on a hit.
- Once per long rest, you can use your action to summon a minor elemental of the chosen type (use the stats for a Mephit of the corresponding element). The elemental is friendly to you and your companions and acts on your turn. It remains for 1 minute or until it drops to 0 hit points.
